Job Description

You will be responsible for providing services to customers within the functional and technical areas of Ambit ALM and Data Integration, profitability product portfolio.

Also be responsible for providing support over product functionalities in the area of Banking Risk Management.

Position Requirements:

. Develop an in-depth functional/domain know-how and work flows of the product.
Develop sound technical and architectural understanding of the product.
Document business and data requirements, Fact finding and analysis of business workflows, system requirements, SOW, VOS, etc.
Training of Business users on Ambit ALM/ADI solutions.
Develop a customer centric approach and ability to multi-task.
Log issues into SalesForce and monitor through to closure.
Review and research of issues that arise.
Pro-active communication of the status of those issues with the clients
Work in close co-ordination with PS and Development teams to resolve and respond to customer issues under specified SLAs.
Translate, communicate and reinforce the goals, values and priorities of the organization

Additional Notes Should be able to provide domain and subject matter expertise.
Present and train Business Users on Product usage and benefits.
Should be able to present varied Test Scenarios.
Should have strong awareness in product profitability and product pricing and balance sheet.
Good understanding of ALCO reporting and country specific norms.
Ability to understand customer requirements and expectations.
Ability to do effective product demonstrations to customers.
Should have thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel including usage of VBA Macros
Should have a basic understanding of relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server
Should be able to provide domain and subject matter expertise.
Present and train Business Users on Products Usage and benefits. Should be able to present varied Test Scenarios
Should have strong awareness in valuation models and balance sheet.
Good understanding of General Ledger/Accounting functionality.
Knowhow on Fund Transfer Pricing methodologies.
Ability to do effective product demonstrations to customers.
Present and train Business Users on Products Usage and benefits. Should be able to present varied Test Scenarios.
Should have string awareness in product profitability, product pricing and balance sheet and resource allocations
Good understanding of asset-liability committees and RBI norms along with awareness on accounting functionality.
Ability to understand customer requirements and expectations and proposing design solutions.
Ability to do effective product demonstrations to customers.
